the 'common law' referred to is really about using their legalese to try to beat them at their own game. Because we are all learning it is easy to make a small mistake, often unknowing, that takes you right back into contract.

Common Law is the original law as used by people in England primarily, and Europe but I don't know to what extent in Europe. It was used, and then corrupted by the court system, via precedents using common law principles.

Common Law as practised, and as will be practised in the future, is very simple and has been 'boiled down' to "Do No Harm, Do No Injury, Cause No Loss".

The real issue is of course that there are no actual courts as we have been led to believe, just as there are no actual governments.

Everything is commerce. So it all comes down to not contracting, which is where their deceptions come in.

i am in a fight with a domain registrar at the moment who were purchased by an overseas (American) corporate about 3 years ago. They've been operating illegally since as they are doing 2 year registrations that don't have offer and acceptance not to mention consideration which they try and force out of you by threatening to go to debt collectors. They go straight from offer to payment (if you're foolish enough) or to debt collector. Apparently I'm the only problem that they have so I'm hoping to change that.

I don't quite know what you mean by common law here (in my understanding this term is used to describe English law as practiced there, here, Oz, Canada, US & Israel & a few other places) - is your version what we have now sans legislation or something different entirely?
